Damage DOWN powerups#37

Pickups (marked by down arrow) that slightly reduce the damage you deal if you collect them. They act as “power-down”s instead of powerups. They and damage-up powerups are the only things than can reverse each other’s effects. Damage downs can be fired and/or dropped by new bosses or harder versions of familiar ones.
